Notes

Marinating meat in yogurt is said to tenderize it and suppress its pungency. It also makes the meat taste milder overall. The chicken can be enjoyed cold too, because of the rich flavors.

Directions

  • Sprinkle salt (not included in list of ingredients) on the chicken.
  • Mix all marinade ingredients, and marinate (1) in it over an hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 220℃ and roast the marinated chicken around 25 minutes.
Tandoori Chicken Sticks

Please note that the marinade is not cleaned off before roasting. One hour is enough to marinate the meat, but if you can, leave it overnight to let the flavors seep in for richer taste.
